The book ‘Dermatology’ provides a concise guide to the investigation, diagnosis and management of common skin diseases. Knowledge of normal anatomy and function of skin help in diagnosing different diseases. The initial four chapters give an understanding of the structure and function of the skin and the processes required to make a dermatological diagnosis. Subsequent chapters are arranged by disease type and summarise the clinical features and management options for each diagnosis, alongside diagrams and photographs to help in better understanding.
