Clinical Methods in ENT

by PT Wakode

The "Clinical Methods in ENT" provides clinical teaching in ENT with insight to patient examination, and the book will be equally useful to residents as well who are working in ENT. Even though the basic principles of examining the patient remain the same, the specialty of otolaryngology differs in many respects. This book would be immensely useful to the undergraduate students who are doing clinical posting in ENT. Major topics of discussion include history taking, examination of ear, nose and paranasal sinuses, oral cavity and oropharynx, examination of larynx, laryngopharynx, neck, and salivary glands, diseases of oesophagus, tracheo-bronchial tree, and finally the examination of cranial nerves. It is illustrated nicely with 163 coloured photographs of various clinical conditions. Diagrams and charts given in the book are useful for the students in clinical learning.
