The purpose of bringing out Nursing Manual of Nutrition and Therapeutic Diet is to help graduate, undergraduate and nursing students in planning the diets of the patients according to their disease conditions. This is a reference book prepared especially to help the students to prepare a concise and elaborate teaching notes according to their needs on the subject of nutrition and therapeutic diet.
