Abstract

Müllerian duct anomalies are a morphologically diverse group of congenital disorders involving the female reproductive tract. Establishing an accurate diagnosis is essential for patient management and planning treatment strategies. Uterine shape or anomalies do not require active measures of surgery most often, except for the wide uterine septum. Vaginal reconstruction operations have a place in those whose vagina is absent.
