Signs and symptoms of vaginal vault prolapse are discussed. The merits and demerits of abdominal and vaginal approaches to surgical treatment of vault prolapse are described. Vault eviscerations and its management are given. Prolapse of fallopian tube, a rare complication of hysterectomy, is described. Rectovaginal and anovaginal fistulas are described, with methods of diagnosis and principles essential for successful fistula repair.
