Abstract

To learn and understand the clinical presentation, diagnostic modalities and current management of neuron-tuberculosis. Tuberculomas, tuberculous meningitis and spinal TB (Potts spine) are the most common forms of nurotuberculosis seen in clinical practice. The common presentation is with symptoms suggestive of focal space occupying lesions. Constitutional symptoms are uncommon, and the patient is generally well preserved. Tubercular endarteritis can cause localised cerebral infracts, most commonly in the region of medically striate and thalamoperforating arteries. Elucidated with clinical case reports.
