To learn and understand clinical presentation, diagnosis and management of tuberculosis in pregnancy. All physicians given care to pregnant women should be fully aware of the limitations in the diagnosis of tuberculosis during pregnancy, safety of antituberculosis therapy and the need for prophylaxis. Tuberculosis in pregnancy is common as in the non pregnant women. It is reasonable to considered therapeutic abortion in case of pregnancy with MDR tuberculosis. Elucidated with clinical case reports.
