Kinesiology is the study of how muscles work and contact muscle tissues, aims are explained. Lower body exercise like quadriceps, half squat, straight leg raising, hamstring, toe pull ups, side leg lifts, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus exercise by lying on the side, gastrocnemius and soleus by heel raise. Upper body exercise: Press ups by pectoralis major, triceps, lateral pull ups by latissimus dorsi, standing and sitting exercises for trapezius, static exercises for abdominal and kegel exercise for pelvic floor.
