This book, Orthopaedic Titbits, provides an overview of day to day problems, various observations related to orthopaedic and fractures. The first chapter is regarding “Day to Day Problems”, which includes exercise help, gait correction, seroma collection and CSF leak. The book also includes chapters like “Miscellaneous Observations”, “Fracture Treatment”, “Miscellaneous Fractures”, “Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head”, “Posterior Spinal Surgery”, “Shoulder Joints”, “Interlocking Nailing”, “Fractures of Tibial Condyle and Olecranon” and “Few Commandments for a Successful Surgery”. Some of the miscellaneous observations include cervical rib syndrome, sternoclavicular swelling, shoulder manipulation, soft tissue calcification, coccydynia etc. Fracture treatments are done by lag screw, biological plating, bone grafting, closed pinning etc. Some of the miscellaneous fractures include postpolio syndrome, brachial plexitis, central fracture, tarse bossu, plastic pyramids, baraati’s fracture, friction abrasions etc.
