Uterine septa and intrauterine adhesions are two distinct pathologic entities that have benefited from hysteroscopic treatment. While these conditions have different origins, one congenital and the other acquired, the therapeutic approach to both is similar with the main goal of re-establishing normal intrauterine anatomical symmetry.
