Hysterectomy (abdominal or vaginal route) is usally done for various gynecological pathology. During this procedure there may be chance to cause hemorrhage or hematoma due to slipping or injury to the uterine or ovarian artery. To tackle this hemorrhage there may be every chance to injure the ureter, bladder and rectum, etc. due to inexperience of handling the unwanted catastrophy. To prevent this complication author had developed new approach ligation of uterine and ovarian artery prior to abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy procedures.
