Abstract

Using the principles outlined in previous chapters for evaluation of a diet and framing a diet, the chapter evaluates and then improves a realistic but poor diet being consumed by a hypothetical 2-year old child, and a 55 year old 70 kg business executive. The improvements are made keeping in mind the dietary habits, preferences and budgetary constraints of the individual.
