This book Nursing Process: A Clinical Guide is a pocket book specially designed for reference to help nursing students and practicing nurses. It also provides guidance to Nurses on what they can do independently and what they can do in collaboration with other professionals. The purpose of nursing process is to plan, implement and evaluate care. It is important to understand the purpose of planning and the care rendered.
