Abstract

Corneal topography (CT) is equally important tool. It studies the anterior surface of cornea. It has two main parts—reflective device and slit scanning device. The maps obtained have color codes. The measurements calculate the curves–surface, axial and meridional. The maps are also different varieties. This topography has to be measured. With all the improvements made CT has certain limitations. But still its clinical usefulness cannot be underestimated. This chapter deals with all these aspects. The second part of the chapter describes Orbscan II—its optics, the data reading and its usefulness.
