Abstract

Vaginal hydrocele is an abnormal collection of fluid in the tunica vaginalis. Operation is indicated for symptomatic hydrocele. Eversion of sac is the standard operation. Hydrocelectomy may be required in case of thick walled sac and multi located hydrocele. Lord’s plication can be done for small tunica vaginalis sac.
