This book is an attempt to take the learning surgeon in the techniques of Biaxial Lens Surgery, into a sequential teaching-learning process, where the surgeon is able to proceed, step by step (one after another), converting his or hers coaxial technique, in a safe way, to a biaxial technique. Going step by step the surgeon will be able to al the advantages in each new step he is going through the biaxial technique.
