Abstract

HIV is a great masquerader of a number of common clinical conditions making the diagnosis difficult. There needs to be a high degree of suspicion and clinical acumen to diagnose this disease. The condition is associated with a multitude of opportunistic infections of which lung involvement is a predominant manifestation. This chapter focuses the various lung conditions associated with HIV infection and their appropriate management.
