Pulmonary hemosiderosis is not a frequently diagnosed condition in pulmonology. However, the condition needs to be considered in certain circumstances, when associated with a suspicious clinical background which could be unravelled with the aid of good clinical history, examination and laboratory findings. This chapter aims to provide an insight on this particular condition.
