Meconium aspiration syndrome is a challenging lung condition in Neonatology. The resuscitation of a baby with suspected meconium aspiration syndrome is quite different from the resuscitation in other situations. The post natal management also differs considerably in these cases. A sound knowledge on what to expect when encountered with this lung condition is very important to improve the outcome. This chapter provides details on the current management guidelines for the management of this neonatal lung disease.
