This experiment should be demonstrated using computer simulation model only. Experiments on large animals require permission from subcommittee of CPCSEA. The drugs acting on heart and blood vessels are used to show their effect. The BP recording has online screening and the model is very sensitive. If you give wrong combinations of drugs, the dog will die. The students can interpret the effect of given drugs.
