Dr. Hütz discussed reading speed and provided results of measurements after implantation of diffractive and refractive Multifocal IOL’s. Under bright light conditions the diffractive IOL’s performed better than the diffractive ones and under low lighting conditions the tecnis ZM001 IOL clearly provided better outcomes than its counterparts.
