Abstract

The authors discussed the possibility of visual function improvement with training after multifocal intra-ocular lens implantation. Their method is based upon orientation and discrimination. They proposed a series of tilted bars which are presented on a monitor. Results demonstrated the efficacy of the method; also contrast sensitivity revealed significantly better results after a similar training.
