Surgical points of view there are 4 spaces in the orbit, Subperiosteal space, peripheral orbital space, central space and Tenon’s space. The investigations are performed to diagnosis the abnormality of the orbit as computerized tomography, MRI, CT scan, ‘X’ ray of skull + orbit, fluorescein angiography and ex-ophthalmometer. Proptosis: Onward protrusion of the globe is classified as true and pseudo, unilateral and bilateral. Orbital cellulitis, tumors of the orbit ‘benign and malignant’ are mentioned with S/S and its management. Endocrine exophthalmos: Tyrotoxicosis (Grave’s disease)—Clinical features, ocular signs as Dalrymple sign, Von Graefe’s sign, Stellwag’s sign and Möbius sign are discussed with differential diagnosis.
