A short chapter, it begins with semen examination and its detailed analysis. What are the normal and abnormal findings observed? Patient education and preparation before the test is followed by gross examination. Later sperm count methods are given, followed by motility, sperm morphology, chemical examination of semen. Postcoital (Sims Huhner ) test is discussed briefly. The chapter ends by discussing sperm antibodies.
