Abstract

Ulnar nerve as it leaves the groove on the back of the medial epicondyle of the humerus enters the forearm by passing between the two heads of flexor carpi ulnaris. Ulnar nerve continues further in front of the flexor retinaculum. Entrapment of the ulnar nerve between the two heads of the flexor carpi ulnaris is called as Cubital tunnel syndrome. In supracondyler fracture due to cubitus valgus, the ulnar nerve gets stretched and develops Tardy-ulnar-nerve palsy (Tardy means late).
