In this chapter, the epidemiology of endobronchial TB is first presented. Pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying the causation of endobronchial TB are presented. Clinical manifestations, bronchoscopic appearances, course of the disease, differential diagnosis are discussed. Endobronchial TB in special situations, such as in HIV infection, AIDS is also discussed. The diagnostic work-up and management of endobronchial TB is detailed. This chapter also contains several classic radiographic and bronchoscopic images that can assist learning about the disease entity.
