In this chapter, the various etiological causes of granulomatous hepatitis are described and discussed. Comparative data from published series on granulomatous hepatitis are presented. Pathological features, clinical presentation and diagnostic work-up of patients presenting with granulomatous hepatitis is then presented. Differential diagnosis of granulomatous hepatitis is discussed extensively with histopathological images. Hepatobiliary TB in HIV infected individuals is also discussed. Treatment and prognosis of granulomatous hepatitis is also presented.
