This chapter, classification of neurological TB is first presented. The pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestations, staging system of TB meningitis is then discussed in detail. Differential diagnosis of various causes of chronic meningitis, diagnostic approach to a patient with suspected TB meningitis are covered in detail. Treatment of TB meningitis (including role of corticosteroids), course, complications are then described. This chapter also provides a detailed account of the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of intracranial tuberculomas. Single small enhancing ring lesions presenting with seizures and their differential diagnosis, TB radiculomyelitis are extensively covered.
