This chapter begins with an overview regarding the various types of skeletal TB. Spinal TB is then presented with a focus on pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic work-up, differential diagnosis, diagnostic approach and treatment. Then, TB of the hip joint, knee joint, ankle and foot, shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint, sacroiliac joint are exhaustively covered. TB at rare sites, such as, sternoclavicular joint, acromioclavicular joint, symphysis pubis, ilium, ischium, ischiopubic rams, scapula, sternum and ribs are described. TB tenosynovitis and bursitis, TB osteomyelitis and TB of prosthetic joints are presented.
