Papulosquamous disorders comprising of the group of dermatoses with distinct morphologic features of scaly papules and plaques are frequently encountered by the practicing Dermatologist and some of these can cause a negative impact on the quality of life of those affected. The major entities discussed in this chapter include psoriasis, Reiter’s disease, lichen planus, lichen nitidus, pityriasis rosea, pityriasis rubra pilaris and erythroderma. Psoriasis and lichen planus are exemplified in much detail with photographs regarding their etiology, classification, clinical manifestations, differential diagnoses, histopathology and treatment. The treatment of these two conditions is discussed extensively from conventional to recent therapies with a concise table on biologics. The other conditions are described briefly emphasizing the salient features with clinical photographs.
