Tumors in the skin occur more frequently than in any other part of the body and usually cause cosmetical problems, nevertheless malignant lesions also occur which need to be distinguished from benign lesions to ensure appropriate management. In this chapter the key features of common benign, pre malignant and malignant cutaneous tumors which help in clinching the diagnosis are summarized pointwise and illustrated with clinical photographs.
