Abstract

This chapter deals with the operative techniques for nephrectomy, irrespective to the types of the renal pathology. It also describes the technique for the pyeloplasty and ureterolithotomy. Merits of different operative techniques have been highlighted. And the pitfalls in the surgical approach to a wrong site and how to avoid an operation on the wrong site have been outlines in the appropriate operation.
