This book has been organized into nine sections, and each section deals with a different topic of similar nature. Section one deals with topics related to the introduction of hospital administration as a subject. The next one has topics on management as relevant to hospital administration and the third section is dedicated to hospital planning. The language has been simplified and made easy to understand to the beginners in the field of hospital administration. Sections four, five and six have been organized for the hospital sub-systems, comprising clinical services, diagnostic, and therapeutic services and support and utility services respectively.
