Interpersonal behavior approach focuses on interpersonal behavior, motivation, leadership and communication techniques are used. Cooperative social system approach depends upon the system of cooperation. Systems approach is based upon the systems theory that the organization has boundaries, but the boundaries are not rigid like the closed system. The organization is an open system, it communicates with the external environment also. Operational approach is based upon the management functions like planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, leading, communicating, controlling and coordinating.
