The first section is devoted to terminologies related to exanthematous fevers like exanthema, enanthem, macule, papule, vesicle, bullae, etc. and differential diagnosis of exanthematous fevers like measles, rubella, roseola infantum, erythema infectiosum, and scarlet fever and so on. Subsequent sections give case based discussion on PUO with and without focus, common fevers like typhoid, weils, malaria, Dengue, chikungunya, Tuberculosis, terminologies like Neutropenic FUO, Nosocomial FUO, congenital and acquired immunodeficiency states, polyarthritis, collagen vascular disorders, SLE, Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and Kawasaki disease.
