Various lesions of the foot having diverse etiology have been grouped. Paget’s disease is no longer considered rare in India. It has triphasic osseous involvement; osteolytic, mixed and osteoblastic. Calcaneal lesion is most common. In fibrous dysplasia, bones of the foot are rarely affected. Medullary bone is replaced by fibrous tissue with varying amount of osteoid. Myositis ossificans progressive shows typical changes in great toe. Osteochondrosis is an interesting group, where fragmentation, collapse, or sclerosis of epiphysis or apophysis are the dominant features and have eponyms named after the discoverer. Changes occurring in the bones of the foot, due to Renal osteodystrophy, Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, Sarcoidosis, Gaucher’s, Caffey’s disease and stress fractures have been described.
