Abstract

In this chapter we discuss the frequent appearance of shoulder subluxation in humeral fractures, particularly in those located in its proximal third; the rapid correction of this radiological feature through active flexion and extension of the elbow, while avoiding active flexion and abduction motions of the shoulder.
