Abstract

To understand the vascular anomalies of neuro-ophthalmic structures, it is essential to know in brief the blood supply to these structures and their venous drainage. Each of which has distinct clinical features. The function of the circle is to regulate the blood flow to various parts of the brain and act as efficient collateral when one of the systems fails. The circle is situated in the interpeduncular space in the interpeduncular fossa.
