This chapter has different types of missiles and injuries are described. History, mechanism, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, investigations, management of endocrine abnormalities following traumatic brain injuries. Problem of hormone replacement therapy and waiting period to start that is also explained in detail. Trends of hormone abnormalities seen in severe head injury patients are given comprehensively in tabular form.
