Causes of vocal cord palsy and various positions of the cords as seen on indirect laryngoscopy are well documented. Benign lesions like laryngitis, nodules, Reinke’s edema, laryngeal polyp, amyloidosis are shown. The malignant lesions are are shown along with CT findings. Hypopharyngeal malignancy is demonstrated. Laryngectomy patient with laryngeal specimen and its histopathology is shown. Indications for tracheostomy, various incisions and a tracheostomised patient along with instruments utilized for tracheostomy are shown.
