Abstract

Due to lack of personal hygiene, pullulated water, unclean food, working with animals and fields there are some health problem that affects the rural community. Every day we find something in the news about health maintenance or disease prevention. Research constantly tells us which foods to be taken, unsafe practices, social problems that affect health and well-being. Food Poisoning is also health needs in rural areas. Foods used at picnics, in restaurants, and at home are easily contaminated by toxins. Food brought from street venders; cooked food that is kept at tepid temperature for long time, Salmonella Food Poisoning is common form of food poisoning, wide spread use of house-hold detergents is interfering with sewage treatment, infection from farm animals and poultry through impure meat, milk and milk product, sausages, custards, egg products, rats and mice as they are heavily infected and contaminate foodstuffs by their urine and faeces.. Cow suffering from mastitis outbreaks involving milk and milk products. Food like salads, custards, milk and milk products eaten with care the toxins act directly on CNS. It starts sudden onset of vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhoea. The organism found in faeces of humans and animals, in soil, water and air—outbreaks ingestion of meat, meat dishes and poultry. Food cooked and kept and later eaten spores survive in cooking. Food poisoning may be mistaken for cholera, acute bacillary dysentery. Lab investigation samples specimen from stool, vomit, and blood for antibodies, environmental study, and data analysis. Health Education to be given to the food handlers should be educated in matters of clean habits, personal hygiene and through hand washing. It is a common problem in summer—known as ‘stomach flu’.
