The book, Insights in Physiology, provides a detailed account on human physiology. The book emphasizes on the importance of having a better understanding of medical physiology for developing and administering effective medication for different diseases. The book describes how it is important for medical students to have better understanding of medical physiology and how experiments help them in achieving these objectives. The book is divided into 12 sections. Each section describes different human body systems, such as digestive system, respiratory systems, cardiovascular systems, etc. Through the book, it is also observed that how emerging concepts have been included in curriculum of medical education to widen the scope of learning and knowledge of medical students regarding medical physiology.
