This chapter provides detail description of malpresentations. The chapter has 23 well illustrated diagrams and pictures. Occipito-posterior position, shoulder presentation (transverse or oblique lie), neglected shoulder, unstable lie, complex presentation, breech presentation, face presentation, cord presentation and prolapse, brow presentation are described in detail. 5 tables are included to highlight complications of breech delivery, arrest of aftercoming head, different between face and frank breech presentation.
