This chapter provides detail description of neuropathic foot. Chapter has 25 well illustrated diagrams and pictures. Charcot neuroarthropathy, pattern of collapse, imaging of the chartcot foot and ankle, offloading and immobilization, percutaneous tendo-Achallis lengthening, treatment of acute fracture in neuropathic foot, arthrodesis and amputation are described in detail. 48 references are included at the end of the chapter to facilitate further reading.
