This chapter provides detail description of Robotic surgery in the head and neck. Introduction of Robotic surgery is given in the beginning. Chapter has 8 well illustrated diagrams and pictures. The da Vinci surgical system, rationale for transoral robotic surgery, development and feasibility, oncologic and functional outcome, future applications of transoral robotic surgery and robotic assisted thyroidectomy are described in detail.
