Abstract

Ocular pain is a common problem one which may be extensively stressful to the patient. Ophthalmic pain is mainly transmitted via the trigeminal nerve and the ophthalmic branch is responsible for the transmission of pain in most cases. Ophthalmic pain may be acute or chronic and the common causes of acute pain involve are conjunctivitis, corneal Injuries, chemical injuries, local infections, local infections, etc. Retinal ischemia and the consequent release of an angiogenesis factors are the causes to form a new blood vessels from preexisting vessels. The general principle of central retinal vein occlusion includes prophylactic treatment, early-stage treatment and advanced-stage treatment. Anti-VEGF therapy is used as an alternative treatment form NVG. Pathophysiology, clinical presentation and ocular complications of any subsequent immunosuppression or stress permit the reactivation of the latent infection and results in a localized skin rash in a single dermatome. To reduce the duration and severity of symptoms anti viral treatment is necessary. Several anesthesia-based interventions, fluoroscopic technique and CT-guided a technique these are technique which is implemented for treatment of ophthalmic complications.
