This chapter provides detail description of third trimester bleeding. Etiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, management, prevention of fetal complications of antepartum hemorrhage, placenta previa, abruptio placentae, placenta accreta, increta, percreta, vasa previa along with do’s and don\'ts in these conditions are described in detail. 1 table is added to highlight indications of blood replacement. 14 references are included at the end of the chapter to facilitate further reading.
