Endothelial keratoplasty has been the most exciting development in the field of corneal transplantation surgery. The ongoing innovations and modifications are making it easy to perform, safe, effective and reproducible technique. This book describes challenges one faces in trying to remain abreast of such a rapidly evolving technique, such as is the case with Descemet’s Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK). The benefits of this latest incarnation of endothelial transplantation are now well established.
