Fluorescein angiography is a technique for examining circulation of the retina and choroid using a fluorescent dye and a specialized camera. This book comprises of five parts they are; Part I is Interpretation that is again divided into four chapters that explains about Retinal Anatomy, Normal Fluorescein Angiogram of the Retina, the Optic Disc and the Choroid. Part II describes about the important guidelines for interpreting a Pathological Fluorescein Angiography. Part III is Pathological Fluorescein Angiography Analytical Study which is classified into Abnormal Hyperfluorescence, Abnormal Hypofluorescence and Abnormalities in Circulation Time. Part IV is Pathological Fluorescein Angiography-Synthesis that explains about Synthetic evaluation the last and most important step of analysis process. Part V is of Major Fluorescein Angiography Syndromes that deals with Diabetic Retinopathy, Age-related Macular Degeneration, Vascular Occlusions, Retinal Epitheliopathies, Vitreoretinal Interface Syndrome, Diagnosis of a Dark Area in the Fluorescein Angiography and Inflammatory Disorders. The aim of this book is to insist on the fact that each syndrome must be identified essentially by analytic study, which is then followed by a synthetic evaluation. This fluorescein angiographic diagnosis is necessary in order to make a prognosis and prescribe a therapy.
