The book Color Atlas of Clinical Dermatology is basically an atlas of skin diseases. It has color photographs of various skin diseases that aid the physician in making a correct diagnosis. The book serves as a study guide to help the medical students or physician on the subject of dermatology. The book has a total of nine chapters. Chapter 1 is on infections of skin caused by various agents; chapter 2 is on bullous disorders; chapter 3 is on drug-induced cutaneous disorders; chapter 4 is on connective tissue disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis, linear morphea, and dermatomyositis; chapter 5 is on ichthyoses; chapter 6 is on keratinization disorders such as psoriasis, onychogryphosis, punctate keratoderma, pityriasis rosea, and lichen planus; chapter 7 is on genodermatoses; chapter 8 is on different types of eczemas; and finally, chapter 9 is on miscellaneous cutaneous disorders such as Purpura fulminans, urticaria, skin necrosis, necrobiosis lipoidica, alopecia areata, basal cell carcinoma, calcinosis, etc.
